At ROVELLO, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our Return & Refund Policy below.


RETURN ELIGIBILITY

You may request a return within 30 days of the date your order is marked as delivered.

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be unused, unworn, and unwashed.
  • Be in their original condition with all tags attached.
  • Be returned in the original packaging whenever possible.
  • Include proof of purchase or order confirmation.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.


FREE RETURN SHIPPING

ROVELLO provides free return shipping for eligible returns approved in accordance with this policy.

Customers must contact our support team before returning any item. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.


NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Final Sale items
  • Gift Cards
  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Items showing signs of wear, washing, alteration, or damage caused after delivery

REFUNDS

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 Business Days. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or financial institution.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error.


DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

We will review your request and provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, store credit, or full refund.


ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders may be cancelled before they have been fulfilled.

Once an order has entered fulfillment or has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.


EXCHANGES

We currently offer exchanges only for damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped items.

For all other cases, customers may return eligible items for a refund and place a new order separately.


REFUSED OR UNDELIVERABLE ORDERS

Orders refused by the customer or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided during checkout may be subject to additional shipping charges.

Shipping fees are non-refundable in these situations.
